Ryan S. Grazi

Attorney Ryan S. Grazi has concentrated his practice in the area of Real Estate law, assisting clients with both transactions and litigation. Mr. Grazi represents clients in buying and selling residential real property as well as buying and selling commercial property. Mr. Grazi also represents clients in their real estate disputes, such as deposit disputes, breach of contract claims, specific performance claims, partition claims, boundary disputes and many more. Mr. Grazi also represents clients in the Landlord-Tenant arena, representing both landlords evicting tenants and fighting for tenant’s rights.

Currently, Mr. Grazi is practicing mainly in the 19th and 15th Circuits, which includes Martin County (Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Jupiter), Saint Lucie County (Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce), Indian River County (Vero Beach), Okeechobee, and Palm Beach County.

Mr. Grazi also represents community associations, such as Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations, as well as property managers, landlords and tenants, contractors, and subcontractors. Many require legal assistance in their general business practices and through their litigation of disputes.

After graduating from Nova Southeastern University School of Law with honors in 2002, Mr. Grazi began working for one of the largest title insurance underwriters in the State of Florida, American Pioneer Title Insurance Company. Serving as a member of the legal department, both handling complex legal title insurance claims and providing general underwriting counsel, Mr Grazi created a concentrated level of training in the title insurance field. This experience also provided experience in the general real estate litigation that was incorporated in the various title insurance claims. Mr. Grazi routinely supervised outside counsel in these litigation matters.

In late 2003, Attorney Grazi began his practice here at Grazi & Gianino and immediately began the firm’s title insurance department which performs real estate closings for the clients of Grazi & Gianino. Since beginning this department, the firm has closed real estate transactions throughout the state of Florida, these transactions include both residential and commercial closings. Currently, Mr. Grazi is representing several real estate companies and investors assisting with their real estate acquisitions in this volatile and highly profitable market.

Throughout the years, Attorney Grazi has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, while concentrating his practice in the area of real estate litigation. These litigation matters include Mortgage Foreclosures prosecution for both private individuals and private lending companies, as well as Mortgage Foreclosure defense for individual owners and commercial clients. Mr. Grazi has also litigated matters in the construction field and in the community association field. The construction field includes litigating mechanics lien cases for both contractors and developers and homeowners. The Community Association field includes litigation both on behalf of Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations, as well as representing individuals in these matters. Mr. Grazi also has experience in Landlord –Tenant actions representing both Landlords and Tenants in their eviction actions.

Attorney Ryan Grazi is responsible for several of these community associations in Martin County, Saint Lucie County, and Okeechobee County.

Currently, attorney Grazi is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in Federal Court, both the Southern District Court of Florida and the Middle District Court of Florida.

Attorney Grazi is a Member of the Martin County Bar Association and the Martin County Trial Lawyers Committee

Attorney Grazi is also a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.

In addition, attorney Grazi is a member of the Martin County Foreclosure Committee.
